The Building Electrification Primer for Cities and Utilities (USDN)

The Building Electrification Primer for Cities-Utility Coordination was prepared by the Cadmus Group in collaboration with the Building Electrification Initiative (BEI) and the participation of a network of city and utility advisors.

The goal of this primer is to support cities in cultivating effective partnerships with utilities to accelerate the transition to building electrification by identifying challenges and collaborative solutions. It includes options for pathways forward and provides examples of international case studies (including CIty of Vancouver).
