Fast + Epp designed and constructed an all-electric 4-storey office headquarters in Vancouver showcasing their values, elegance in design, and purpose. This BOMA BC case study narrows in on critical design decisions made to reduce energy consumption and employ high-efficiency equipment.
It highlights the four main design concepts that the Fast + Epp building employed that can also be used in a retrofit application to achieve optimal thermal comfort and reduce carbon emissions in operation.
