City Playbooks for the Equitable Electrification of Multifamily Buildings
Overview
BEI recently released a series of City Playbooks for the Equitable Electrification of Multifamily Buildings. Four common building typologies were selected in cities across the US and put together retrofit strategies to achieve all-electric end points.
Playbook 1 includes an overview of multifamily electrification and recommendations for policymakers
Playbook 2 provides the retrofit paths analyzed for the four multifamily building typologies
Playbook 3 includes higher-level “journey pages” for multifamily building decision-makers, including owners, managers, operators, and third-party consultants.
